Runar Blesvik’s debut album is a blend between different soundscapes - from emotional, fluid piano pieces to dark, enigmatic electronic music. Combining haunting melodies with layered harmonies, the organic with the synthetic has made the music contrasted and unpredictable. Exploring both the classical and pure as well as the synthesized and abnormal, this music will take your on a course between two different worlds.

Inspired by some of todays and yesteryears leading composers in modern classical and electronic music, Runar Blesvik has paid homage to different styles while making his compositions truly unique. “1976” is a callback to Jean-Michel Jarre’s heyday, while “Flow” explores the layered piano sounds of Nils Frahm.
